As per IATA, one of the major risks associated with the transport of batteries and battery-powered equipment is short-circuit of the battery as a result of the battery terminals coming into contact with other batteries, metal objects, or conductive surfaces. Packaged batteries or cells must be separated in a way to prevent short circuits and damage to terminals. If the battery is shipped with a device, it should be seperated from the device.

Our shipping Partner (FedEx) has also suggested us to keep the battery uninstalled to avoid any issues at customs.

If you are facing any problem with battery installation you can visit here to see the instructions.
