Bluetooth is a wireless technology standard for exchanging data over short distances (using short-wavelength UHF radio waves in GHz) from fixed and mobile devices. It was originally conceived as a wireless alternative to data cables.

We can use HC-05 Bluetooth Module to connect evive with phone Bluetooth

HC-05 is easy to use Bluetooth Module having Bluetooth V2.0+EDR (EDR: Enhanced Data Rate). It can be used as master and slave both modes programmed Serially and communicating Serially.

We can Use evive Bluetooth Application for the same Use.



Here 9V battery is used as a power source. You can use Standard AC source instead.

Make sure that connections of bulb are made in NO and Common. 


  • Initialize Bluetooth to work with 9600 baud rate (for reference Bluetooth Setup)
  • Carefully connect all components
  • Start coding in ArduinoIDE

Coding Algorithm:

  • Initialize Serial Communication to work with 9600 baud rate
  • Select mode for Light as OUTPUT
  • Read data from Bluetooth
  • check Data
  • if data is L or l Turn On light
  • Else turn off light.
